As I enjoyed my usual Sunday morning events, I realized how much I'd missed this. I've been out of town or otherwise busy since Labor Day and this is the first weekend I've been home and able to get back 'in the groove'.
Do you have favorite weekend traditions? Things you do that signal, "yes, I can relax?"

If I can manage it, I love to go to my favorite little family style restaurant and take a notebook and do people watching. Great fodder!
