Icons we have known

I was stricken to discover Paul Newman died. I mean, I know he had to go sometime, but sheesh, couldn't he have hung on for a while longer? I'm not ready for the death of an icon.

Were there any celeb deaths that struck you hard? Think back ... were there celebs who were icons for you and when they died, you said, "Whoa. This isn't right?"
