Crazy things

I went to watch a friend take the Polar Plunge yesterday.

For those of you in warmer (saner) climates, this is where a hole is cut in the ice covering one of our many lakes, and people jump in, all safely supervised by the Police Dive Team, etc. It's done to raise money for charity. 250 people jumped yesterday. It was a nice day, temperature in the high 20s, sunny and bright. About 500 people gathered to watch the jumpers.

This brings me to today's topic: what's the craziest stunt you've ever done (that you care to discuss in public)?
