So, the call goes out today for RITA and Golden Heart finalists.
I feel a bit ambivalent about this since I won't be able to enter the RITA contest (given the way the rules are structured, it's doubtful I'll ever be able to enter). I can't enter the GH any more since I'm published with an RWA-approved publisher (or will be soon). And to be honest, I wouldn't have entered any way because I think that contest is badly flawed. But anyway ...
What awards are you proud of? These don't have to writing-related. Heck, they don't even have to be awards -- what accomplishments are you most proud of? Which things have you done which you think merits a big fat gold STAR?
