You know, we should do some introductions

I just realized.

I don't think we ever introduced ourselves, did we?

I went back and skimmed the Old Mavens, and didn't really see any introductory text.

So here's our topic for the week:

Name 3 pertinent facts about yourself. And you can't say, 'I'm a writer'. Well, duh. We know that. No, name some other interesting facts like "I ran away from home when I was 12 and got 15 miles away in a boxcar on a train but then decided to come back and while I was riding the train, a bum jumped aboard and told me this nifty story". You know, an interesting fact or two that would explain why you write what you write.
