And speaking of goals ...

How do you know when you've accomplished it? Donna had a goal of 'get organized'. I had one of 'avoid giving energy to things that aren't worth it'.

Is there some internal measurement that tells us, 'yes, I've done it. I've hit what I aimed for?' Is that what 'end of the year reflection' is for? Or is there some other measure that you use that tells you you're on the right track?
