One of my best friends just quit her job. She decided she'd gone as far as she could achieve there and she wanted to try to do something else with her life while she was still young enough to have the energy to do it.
This got me to thinking about comfort zones. I drive 7 miles over the speed limit just about everywhere. That's my comfort zone for getting a ticket. I I have a job that is challenging but still rewarding. That's a comfort zone.
What's your comfort zone in writing? What is your tried and true method that you use to get words on the page in the order you want them to be in? What is the tip or trick that you fall back on when all else fails?
