unprofessional behavior?
This has recently happened to me, in work and in publishing (not my publishers, per se, but others involved in the business). I've seen people acting in ways that don't reflect well on themselves or their work ethic.
What do you do when you run across things like this? Assuming you can't actively change what's happening, what's your coping mechanism?
